RealTime Suite

The Kithara »RealTime Suite« is a PC-based Windows software system for building automation solutions. The real-time extension for the Windows operating systems is a modular function library, which can be used to set up industrial applications for automation, control systems and real-time engineering solutions.

Programmers can use their well-known development environments in C/C++ or Delphi under Windows 7 and Windows XP.

• Hardware dependent programming: I/O ports, phys. memory, interrupts
• Supportig PCI and PCMCIA cards, USB devices, serial COM interfaces
• Operating systems: Windows 7 (x86), Windows Vista (x86), Windows XP (Embedded), Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000
• Development environments for C/C++ and Delphi (Win32) supported for kernel level

The software provides users - besides essential functions like highly precise timers, real-time multi-tasking and Ethernet drivers - with further mechanisms, such as hardware access to PCI cards or USB devices and communication.

It is not necessary anymore for programmers to manage and transmit data telegrams by their own. Advantages are a high usability, a small practicing effort and therefore the reduction of time and costs.
