CVD Series Multi-Axis Type

Schrittmotortreiber (4-Achsen-Typ) mit integrierter EtherCAT Schnittstelle. Der Treiber unterstützt das EtherCAT-Kommunikationsprofil CiA402. Ein einzelner Treiber unterstützt sowohl 2-Phasen- als auch 5-Phasen-Schrittmotoren.

Dieser Schritttreiber ist mit einer Funktion zur Erfassung des Encodereingangs ausgestattet, so dass ein Step-out erkannt und Position und Geschwindigkeit überwacht werden können. Ein Platinen-Mikroschritttreiber, der mit der Smooth-Drive-Funktion ausgestattet ist, sorgt für einen vibrationsarmen und geräuscharmen Betrieb.

• DC mode (SYNC0 event synchronization) : 0.5ms,1ms,2ms,3ms,4ms,5ms,6ms,7ms,8ms
• SM2 event synchronization mode : 1ms or more
• Free Run mode : 1ms or more

• Profile position mode (PP)
• Profile velocity mode (PV)
• Homing mode (HM)
• Cyclic synchronous position mode (CSP)
• Cyclic synchronous velocity mode (CSV)
