EtherCAT Technology Day Successfully Held in Nanchang

05/2025 | Earlier this week, the EtherCAT Technology Day was successfully held in Nanchang, bringing together over 40 engineers to explore cutting-edge applications and future trends in EtherCAT technology. Organized by the EtherCAT Technology Group (ETG) and co-hosted by the Jiangxi Research Institute of Beihang University, the event was sponsored by Beckhoff Automation China.

ETG experts presented the key advantages of EtherCAT and discussed factory-level solutions for the future. Beckhoff, the technology’s inventor and sponsor, shared practical case studies demonstrating how EtherCAT is driving industrial innovation.

Participants also toured Beihang’s labs and exhibition hall, gaining insights into real-world applications and collaborative research efforts. The event fostered valuable knowledge exchange and highlighted promising directions for industrial automation.
