Suzhou XiEn Technology

Founded in 2021 by a team of professors from Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), Suzhou XiEn Technology Co., Ltd. (Former Name: Harbin Servo Innovation Technology Co., Ltd.) is committed to the innovative research and development of high-end servo drive product technology. In December 2022, it received an angel round investment from Heilongjiang Keli Group. In 2024, Harbin Institute of Technology became a shareholder of XiEn Technology. Since its establishment, XiEn Technology has achieved rapid development and has gradually grown into a new specialized technology enterprise rooted in servo drive control algorithms, featuring independent R&D of soft-switching technology and focusing on high-power-density drivers as its core products.
