Rovixus

Rovixus BV is a Belgian technology company founded in 2023 as a spin-off from the Visual Computing group at Hasselt University. The company specialises in the development of industrial robots and motion controllers, designed and manufactured in Belgium. Rovixus combines AI-driven computer vision with real-time control technology to enable precise object detection, orientation analysis, and quality inspection on production lines. A proprietary virtual twin technology allows robot programs to be validated in simulation before deployment to the factory floor, reducing downtime and eliminating risks of untested code.
