DA360N Series Servo Drives

The DA360N series products cover a power range of 0.2kW to 7.5kW and support the native EtherCAT communication protocol. They enable multi-axis collaborative control and have a communication cycle as short as 62.5us. They are equipped with a new-generation upper computer interface, integrating adaptive adjustment of rigidity table settings, inertia identification, and vibration suppression functions, making servo control simple and easy to use.

The driver can be matched with the IMS20B series high-response servo motors. Click to provide three specifications of inertia (selectable 26-bit multi-turn absolute encoders or 23-bit mechanical multi-turn absolute encoders). Combined with full closed-loop control and gantry synchronization functions, the system operates quietly and smoothly, and the process is more precise and reliable.

The safety architecture complies with SIL3/PLe levels. It comes with safety torque cut-off (STO), dynamic braking, and built-in brake control, and can achieve emergency shutdown without external relays. The extended functional safety type supports the FSoE (FailSafe over EtherCAT) bus safety protocol. It has passed eight types of safety function certifications including safety torque cutoff (STO), safety braking control (SBC), safety stop 1 (SS1), safety stop 2 (SS2), safety operation stop (SOS), safety operation status (SLS), safety direction (SDI), and safety speed monitor (SSM).
