VariMotion - multi-axis system

The VariMotion multi-axis system has a modular structure and consists of a motion controller and several servo controllers of the VCM-3000 series.

Motion controller

The motion controller has a powerful integrated control system and can be freely configured with various function modules according to requirements.

The main task of the motion controller is to coordinate the motion of the servo axes connected via the vNET. This makes it possible to realize complex multi-axis motion sequences with the highest precision and minimum response times. Function modules are available for network connection, fieldbus connection, digital inputs and outputs, analog inputs and outputs, encoder interfaces, RS232 interfaces and position controllers.

The servo controllers of the VCM-3000 series are characterized by extraordinary dynamics and precision.

Universal motor feedback
A special feature of the servo controllers is the parameterizable universal feedback interface.
