AM263P
The AM263P (AM263P4/AM263P2) is a real-time Arm® microcontroller built to meet the complex real-time processing and control needs of next-generation industrial systems, such as AC servo, remote I/O, humanoid and robotics. Powered by dual Arm® Cortex®-R5F cores running at up to 400 MHz, AM263P delivers high-performance deterministic real-time processing with an integrated Real-Time Control Subsystem (CONTROLSS) — combining ADC, PWM and other peripherals with a flexible crossbar (XBAR) — to enable efficient sense/process/actuate control loops. The PRU-ICSS instance provides EtherCAT communication and supports other Fieldbus systems and flexible encoder interfaces. An integrated 3-port Gigabit Ethernet Switch (CPSW) with TSN support enables deterministic industrial networking. A dedicated HSM includes an Arm Cortex-M4F CPU, cryptographic acceleration, secure boot and firewalls. AM263P realizes advanced motor control, industrial communication and digital power control on a single, scalable, single-chip MCU.
